Hellostarseeds products are lovingly hand-crafted from quality woods and eco-friendly durable paints. The choice of colours provides a specific energy to the product. For most of our products, a positive affirmation or symbol is then lovingly added. All affirmations have an energy about them, which can be felt between the spaces of each letter. The primary focus of Hellostarseeds is to provide positive affirmations imbibed with love onto all our products. We are proud to provide you with a high quality product imbibed with positive energies. Please note that as each item is not only handmade but also made to order, each creation is unique with no two brush-strokes the same. This also means that there may be some slight variation between your product and that of the photographed item. We will however do our best to match the photo as much as possible. Equally, there may be variations and irregularities in the wood, which to our mind adds character to the product. Similarly, the item you recieve may be slightly larger or smaller than advertised and this is due to the fact that we try to utilise as much of the wood as possible in producing these products and at the asme time cutting down on waste.

Shipping
Your product will be carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We are happy to ship any of our products to anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a quote. We use Standard First Class Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK for most of our products. For heavy and expensive products such as meditation stools  we normally use a tracked courier service, which offers good value for money. International orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Standard International service or other suitable courier. Please note that you as a customer are solely responsible for any potential customs charges, tax or duty eligible in your country of destination.If you prefer a faster or more secure service, please get in touch with us for a quote.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item has been returned in saleable condition. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. Then, please return the item to us within the next 14 days and we will either replace it or issue you a refund (which will include the shipping costs of the original item when it was sent to you, but will exclude the shipping costs of returning it to us) as soon as we have received it. Please note that returned goods from non EU countries should be labelled “British returned goods”, otherwise you are liable to pay any custom taxes.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made, and cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Additional policies and FAQs
We would love the honour to create something to your wishes, including size, colour blend and affirmation/name/wording. Please contact us to discuss what you would like. Once agreed, we will work with you closely and send you an image of the colour blend (background) before the text is added, as well as an image of the finished product before shipping to make sure that you are completely happy with it.
